1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Wisdome web platform or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Wisdome enables users to share knowledge, posts, comments, documents, images, videos, and messages within communities and clubs ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You retain ownership of the content you post, but you are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or transmit through the Service.

Wisdome maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not post, upload, share, or transmit any content or engage in any behavior that:

• Is defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusive toward any individual or group;
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, racism, bigotry, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
• Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or gratuitously violent material;
• Promotes illegal activities, self-harm, fraud, phishing, or spam;
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• Contains malware, unauthorized advertising, or deceptive links.

3. Content Filtering, Reporting & User Blocking

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Wisdome provides the following safeguards:

• Automated Content Filtering: Posts and comments are screened against automated profanity and objectionable-content filters prior to publication.
• Reporting Objectionable Content: Users can report any post, comment, message, or user profile directly within the app or platform.
• Blocking Abusive Users: Users can block any other user at any time. Blocking a user immediately hides their posts, comments, and messages from your feeds and prevents further direct communication.

4. Moderation, Content Removal & Account Termination

All user reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior are reviewed by Wisdome moderators promptly and acted upon within 24 hours.

Wisdome reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Remove, hide, or delete any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed objectionable; and
• Immediately suspend, ban, or permanently terminate the account of any user who posts objectionable content, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Account Security & Authentic Identity

You agree to provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real name and a valid email address, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Data Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to These Terms

Wisdome may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the version number and require users to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
